The Mack Ness Fund is committed to enhancing the Negev demographically and economically. Each year, in the fall, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is published, requesting applications from organizations that are new to Ness and from returning grantees. Funding is awarded to an association, amuta, or NGO that works in the Negev. If you have an innovative, compelling project or initiative, please reach out and apply.

• Applicant Information Session is open to interested applicants in Israel.

• Initial submission of your request is a brief Letter of Intent. 

• If selected, the applicant will be asked to complete a Full Application (online)

• Finalists will be selected for Site Visits by the Mack Ness Council members, usually in March. Final grantees and the grant awards will be determined by early May, for a grant period of July-June.

 

Required:

An organization applying for funding must be a registered amuta in Israel and must have Nihul Takin status with the Registrar of NGOs (Rasham HaAmutot).

We do not fund: 

* Children and youth programs
* Welfare programs
* Construction projects
* Endowments
* Individuals
