PRESENTATION
he Mack Ness Fund and is committed to enhancing the Negev demography and the Negev economic development. Each year, in the Fall, a Request for Proposal is published, requesting applications from organizations new to Ness and returning grantees. Funding is awarded to an association, Amuta, or NGO that works in the Negev. If you have an innovative, compelling program or initiative, please reach out and apply.

Applicant Information Session is open to interested applicants in Israel.

Initial submission of your request is a brief Letter of Intent.

If selected, the applicant will be asked to complete a Full Application (on-line)

Of these, applicant finalists will be selected for Site Visits by the Mack Ness council members, usually in May. Final grantees and the grant awards will be determined on or before early May, for a grant period, July-June.
Required:
All organizations applying for funding must be a registered amuta in Israel and must have Nihul Takin status with the Registrar of NGOs (Rasham HaAmutot).
We do not fund:
* Children and youth programs
* Welfare programs
* Construction projects
* Endowments
* Individuals
