The Mack Ness council members are leaders or former leaders of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest New Jersey. As volunteers, they actively and enthusiastically evaluate the proposals, perform site visits with the grantees that are selected as grant applicant finalists for receiving funding (usually in March), select the recipients, and provide oversight of the projects, through reading reports, hearing presentations and visiting the grantees.

Their commitment and involvement are perpetuating the legacy of Mack Ness.
