The Ness Loan Fund of the Negev is a separate entity that is operated in partnership with The Jewish Agency for Israel and overseen by an advisory committee. This Fund makes low-interest loans to small business owners, often start-ups throughout the Negev. With additional support from the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the Ness Loan Fund has made over $17 million in small business loans to more than 334 businesses over the past eight years to further encourage economic development throughout the region.
